Manufacturing Process
Product Specification + Cost
- Product specifications and costing
- We help you make decisions and support your creative design process
- We can work with your tech packs/patterns, or build them for you
- Ship us your existing samples, or send sketches, photos, and mood boards
Sample Development
- Fabric sourcing (may take up to 30 days but usually 7-14 days)
- Pattern development for first size
- Garment sizing (custom grading and size chart)
- Sample construction for feedback and fit assessment (includes 2 rounds of revisions)
- Shipping from India to US
Production
- Typically, we will send 1 of each size per style, for a final fit check
- Production can be done in small batches or full run; we can store fabric for future batches
- If needed, we can make garments to unique body shapes or measurements
- Shipping via DHL express, 3-4 days
